Who are we

Child Visions is a project of H.E.A.L. International Foundation is a culmination of over 20 years of involvement, distinct approaches and projects addressing childhood. Because this project is substantially more profound, with far-reaching social implications and will involve complex and delicate balances, financially, socially, culturally, we are building up strength before its launch in order to stay sustainable & thrive.


Our Philosophy

We believe that Childhood is not an age definition but a state of Consciousness, a specific vibrational frequency and is archetypally linked to creation – the expression of Illumination in matter.

Sadly, children have always been throughout history the most harmed, oppressed, exploited & helpless class of human beings. We as adults fail to recognize that every child has an infinite wisdom in a body with just a little human experience, giving the adults the opportunity to reconnect with their inner child. In our blinded ignorance to transform children to adults like us as soon as possible, we lose ourselves, they lose theirs and that keeps perpetuating. Childhood represents our most joyful, free, creative, uninhibited, passionate, fulfilling, loving, enthusiastic, empowered & present state of being. Isn’t what we should all be aspiring to be?
Children are the key to the evolution of our species.

Let’s elaborate on that.

The term “Give birth” in both Spanish & Portuguese is “Dar a Luz” which means “Offer to the Light”, “Oriented towards the light”, “Look onto the light”. “Dar” does not only mean give or offer but also donate, linking the meaning of offering and donation with both the birth and the Light

Behind the usual concepts of conception, pregnancy & birth there is a much wider and deeper reality that relates to The Miracle of Life & The Creation in its widest sense.
In ancient Greek the concept of giving & receiving are an expression of the same principle – donation/δωρεἀ So could it be that Giving birth is a “donation” from Life to Itself? Something that is given and received? In ancient Greek the world miracle means revelation, bringing to the light – which again loops back to the meaning of birth as offer to the light. In a nutshell it appears that the concepts of birth, creation, donation, sharing, offer to the light and miracle are all interlinked concepts describing a single cosmic principle.

We consider childhood as Illumination itself and by definition all the stages from inception, to conception, pregnancy & birth, to be an undivided whole of a sacred process. We believe that It is how illumination impregnates time & space in order to sustain a certain defined range of illuminated energy flowing through the human and animal kingdoms.

– Young children’s energy fields are composed of a much higher photonic energy VS a much smaller material body mass which edge they gradually lose in 15 years of life. This energy has not been acknowledged, valued, tapped & incorporated as a source of information in our adult world, crippling children’s potential development but even more importantly our civilization’s potential at large.
– Young Children communicate among themselves at a higher frequency, mostly undetectable by adults. This frequency can be encouraged in children, be partially taught to select adults & serve as a bridging platform.

– The existence of childhood, charges & implants that illuminating energy into the renewal of the human sphere of existence and is essential for the human species survival because space & time erode the inner human consciousness’ potency and degrade its quality.
So the constant conception, pregnancy, birth and early childhood keeps renewing the overall energy field we experience with a frequency that vibrates through the human & animal & most likely plant kingdoms.

  • Over the last 70 years, the plummeting birth rates VS the extended human longevity, has been accelerating and as result it has been rapidly destabilizing the aggregate energetic photonic equilibrium of the human race with adverse consequences for all other species, the planet and beyond.

Children’s physical body mass is reciprocally equal to the etheric energy field they hold. Mass is inter-exchangeable with energy . This is why children have small bodies which are growing in terms of mass but that also means that their etheric energy drops as their physical mass increases. When a baby is born, it has a body weight equivalent to 5% of its adult weight. It is 5% mass & 95% light. By the age of 1, weight is tripled becoming 16% of the average adult weight & still sustain 84% of the etheric energy field charge. By the age of 9-10, 50% of that light field is converted into mass. By the age of 15-16, all of the light energy field has gone and converted into their adult body mass.


In order to be accurate let’s clarify a misconception about mass & weight. In physics they are not considered the same thing.

Energy express itself in 2 major ways. If Energy is “in rest”, we call it Mass as it appears to contain matter particles. If Energy is “relativistic” (meaning that it moves) it behaves as a Velocity wave and has no mass or matter properties. (like light does, having no mass, because it never rests)

Velocity is a speed in a certain direction triggered by momentum caused by an external impulse (or inherently possessed momentum like light does) .

Weight on the other hand is the gravitational or other acceleration force applied to an object’s mass by another object or cause. Gravity is the bending of space-time by mass-energy, indirectly affecting light velocity behavior. The stronger the gravity, the slower the light velocity and faster “time moves”

In a sum Weight indicates to what degree Energy is resting as MASS OR moving as a Light Velocity Wave Children’s energy fields start with a strong moving light velocity and little mass and gradually slowdown that velocity and develop more mass. Both their physical volume of mass and their weight confirm that fact. Another way to confirm that human life is sustained by light velocity energy rather than mass-energy, is the undeniable physical decay of the human body from the teenage years onwards.

Our Implementation Plan

Our experience with our earlier projects both in Thailand and worldwide over the last 22 years has helped us to learn valuable lessons and evolve. As a result we have devised wiser strategies and sets of priorities, which have led us to concentrate on the following objective:

The establishment of a global network of orphanages primarily focused on preschool-age children.

The upbringing of these children will have no resemblance to any institutionalized orphan care. The residential centers would attend a small number of children in a family-like manner in a nurturing community setting, addressing & integrating the following 6 approaches:

The project is designed with 3 arms:

A. The international training institute:

Which will provide educational training for Trainers, who in turn will educate & train the Managers/Facilitators of each orphanage project. The emphasis will be on defining the ethics, principles, priorities and the drafting of the operational manuals.
We will be attracting & contracting global experts in a wide range of relevant educational, scientific, healing, artistic & spiritual fields in order for them to design the training manuals and train the top training directors on how to be able to recruit, screen, train & supervise the project managers/facilitators.


B. The international business team

which will assess the feasibility of various geographical locations globally and provide the support in financing & infrastructure for the commencement of a project. These projects could then be matched with the trained managers/facilitators – who would also undergo business & administration training before commencing.

C. The operation of these orphanages

by the properly trained facilitators and support personnel as described above. These projects would be closely monitored, supervised and supported by the 2 mentioned teams


The above structure aims in accelerating the training, assessment, establishment & monitoring of several projects worldwide simultaneously, while constantly improving the quality and success of these projects.
We plan to financially support this global network of orphanages through a range of activities and projects targeting adults in the fields of health holidays, healing, meditation, training, employment, investments and entrepreneurial activities.

These activities will aim to convert each orphanage project into a sustainable community. It can become further sustainable through a global affiliation between these projects and a mutual recognition of credits/debits via a bartering online system.
This mechanism would allow better allocation of resources, better distribution and better support systems of the more fragile projects, which will be temporarily subsidized by the stronger ones until they become self-sustainable.

The 1st implementation of the Child Visions Global orphanages project is probably going to be through the Illuminated Women & Children Foundation’s orphanage project in Thailand
